Lawn Care that is trusted in Papillion, Bellevue and Omaha
Your lawn is probably the most striking part of your entire yard. It takes up a majority of the surface area and is one of the first things people will see when they drive up. Having a vividly green, lush lawn does wonders for the overall look of your property, but you might find your lawn is lacking this vitality.
Just because you see lawns like this on every TV commercial doesn’t mean they come easy. There’s lots of legwork that goes into a lawn, but luckily, we are your one-stop shop for them all.
No matter how healthy your lawn is, if you don’t properly maintain it with a steady mowing schedule, it’s doomed to fail. We use commercial grade equipment and have the proper techniques to cut your lawn properly year-round. We sharpen our high-quality mulching blades regularly and will double-cut the lawn when necessary for no extra charge to properly disperse the grass. Every cut we perform also includes trimming along the edges and small objects and the removal of all clippings from your driveway and other paved areas. We have a busy mowing schedule once spring starts, so get in touch right away if you’d like to be added to our current route.
A slew of other services related to your lawn
Of course a steady mowing schedule is key for a lawn’s health and appearance, but what else do you need to have that perfect carpet of grass? It starts with fertilizer, which we can apply on a schedule that works best for you. We also will apply weed and insect control products so the vegetation we actually want to grow isn’t strangled and attacked by pests. As necessary, we can apply grass seed to fix patchy areas, and we will of course clean the leaves and sticks that cover the lawn seasonally so it can breathe and grow naturally. After that, there’s only one thing left that many companies ignore: aeration.
Aeration: what is it and why does it matter?
Aeration is one of the most important steps in maintaining a beautiful and healthy lawn. In the simplest terms, aeration involves perforating the soil. Just as a piece of clothing with tiny holes allows your skin to breathe, aerating your soil lets vital nutrients, water and air get to the roots of the grass where they are needed most. After aeration, your grass’s roots will go deeper and the entire lawn will be not only healthier, but stronger so it better resists drought and intense heat.
Due to the high clay content in Nebraska soil, aeration is more necessary here than other places. We recommend you have it done once in the spring and once in the fall for optimal lawn health. Our aeration program is only available to people currently enrolled with one of our lawn care programs and cannot be done on a one-time only basis due to demand.
